Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support Navy modernization in Washington, DC. You will monitor procurement, production status, delivery schedules, and inventory to mitigate schedule risk and deliver actionable logistics insights using Excel, Power BI, and related tools.

The role emphasizes collaboration with government and contractor teams, policy implementation, and development of innovative logistics solutions to support DDG MOD 2.0 program execution and ILS processes.

Qualifications

• Active/Current U.S. Government DoD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in using databases and metrics to examine, analyze and evaluate logistics trends or process indicators and provide recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications: SharePoint, MS Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Major Program Manager and PAPM for System Integration and planning government/contractor material for DDG MOD 2.0 program execution.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to support DDG MOD 2.0 ILS execution and tracking.
• Design innovative solutions for complex ILS problems and develop product support strategies.
• Support material planning, resolve cross-organizational issues affecting program objectives.
• Assist with meetings, presentations, minutes, action items, and weekly reporting.
• Analyze materiel storage solutions and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure material readiness.
• Coordinate with Navy, OEMs, contractors, and Fleet stakeholders to resolve material readiness issues.
• Review SIDs and BIMs to identify material requirements and coordinate procurement.
