Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Acquisition Analyst to support the PMS 400 Shipbuilding Program Office at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC.

You will help ensure acquisition, construction, and delivery of the next-generation destroyers, collaborating with engineers, program managers, and contractors. This role requires an active DoD secret clearance, US citizenship, and 4+ years of NAVSEA-related experience, with strong MS Office skills and experience in program policy, planning, and

Qualifications

• Active DoD clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience supporting NAVSEA clients or similar programs.
• Experience with policy, governance, and SOP documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PPT).
• Ability to develop project, acquisition plans and schedules.
• Experience integrating weapon systems on ships.

Responsibilities

• Support policy and governance activities through coordination and tracking.
• Coordinate lifecycle sustainment documentation and 7300s.
• Track program deliverables and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare briefing materials, SOPs, and metrics.
• Develop correspondence, briefings, and white papers for leadership.
• Assist with program reviews by collecting inputs and reporting.
• Maintain program management tools and reporting mechanisms.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and contractors to facilitate execution.
