You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with the Program Manager, Customer, and project team, and ensure schedules, budgets, and deliverables meet DoD requirements. Candidates must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance, hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and have 5+ years of management experience including profit and

Qualifications

• US citizen with ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, applied science, or management.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience including profit and loss.
• Familiar with software development projects.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaison between PM, customer, and project team.
• Review project status, budgets, schedules, and prepare status reports.
• Prepare data items in accordance with DoD requirements.
• Adhere to quality objectives, technical metrics, and schedules.
• Attend meetings and brief Serco management and Navy customers on project status.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Participate in proposal activities for new projects.
