The Project Manager will coordinate between the Program Manager, customer, and technical teams to ensure schedules, budgets, and performance meet DoD requirements. The role requires a US citizen with DoD Secret clearance, a STEM or management degree, 5+ years of management experience including P&L, and experience with software development projects, plus proficiency

Qualificações

• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, applied science, or management.
• Minimum of 5 years’ management experience including profit and loss.
• Familiar with software development projects.
• Solid experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MSProject).
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between Program Manager, Customer, and project team.
• Review status of projects and budgets; review project work products; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Prepare data items in accordance with DoD requirements.
• Adhere to quality objectives, technical metrics, and schedules.
• Attend meetings and brief Serco management and Navy customers on project status.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Participate in proposal activities for new projects.
