Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Naval Acquisition Portfolio Director to lead growth and management of Navy-aligned business, focusing on the PAEs market segment. You will build and lead teams capable of delivering complex technology and mission solutions for the Navy and DoW, providing delivery leadership, business management, and client management.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in business development and management oversight of large-scale DoW programs, including Navy initiatives.
10+ years mentoring and leading leaders to win new business and manage large captures and proposals, including Navy environments.
Experience integrating private sector technology or partnerships into Navy or DoW environments.
Experience conducting strategic assessments of new technologies for Navy missions.
Experience managing teams in engineering, AI, and data science for Navy delivery.
Experience managing contracts (FFP, T&M, Cost-Plus).
Ability to communicate with C-Suite and senior Navy leadership.
Ability to build relationships within the Navy.
Secret clearance and Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities
