Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Senior Growth Manager, Navy to spearhead our Navy growth portfolio, identifying opportunities across the Navy enterprise, and building durable relationships with OPNAV, systems commands, PEO offices, and operating forces. You will drive opportunities from shaping through award, crafting winning proposals, and expanding our footprint in ASV and related maritime sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; MBA preferred.
8+ years in Navy or DoD business development or program management with capture experience.
Established relationships with major Navy offices and commands are a plus.
Strong understanding of Navy acquisition processes and PPBE/POM cycles.

Responsibilities

Drive Navy demand generation and pipeline from shaping to award.
Develop tailored capability materials for Navy stakeholders and lead proposals.
Build and maintain relationships with OPNAV, systems commands, and fleet operators.
Lead negotiations aligning with strategic goals and industry standards.
Monitor Navy budgets, program priorities, and unmanned vessel programs.
Shape business processes to scale the company’s Navy growth.
