Job summary

Axiom Consultants, Inc. seeks a Black Belt Performance Improvement Specialist to support the Naval Supply Systems Command Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) in Pensacola, Florida.

The role focuses on applying Six Sigma and performance improvement methodologies, developing SPIDR data requirements, and driving IT-standard project initiatives. A Secret Clearance or eligibility is required, with experience in government health programs and Sailor training.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of ASQ BB BOK or equivalent quality framework.
• Experience as performance improvement analyst in a gov't sector (US Navy preferred).
• Secret Clearance or eligible for Secret Clearance.
• Experience delivering Sailor-focused training and education.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements.
• Manage activities relating to the gathering of requirements, project initiation, project tracking and maintaining IT standards.
• Strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions.
