Job summary

Axiom Consultants, Inc. seeks a Black Belt Performance Improvement Specialist to support the Naval Supply Systems Command Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) in Falls Church, Virginia.

The role focuses on developing, managing and documenting the SPIDR system, gathering requirements, initiating and tracking projects, and delivering training resources to improve Sailor readiness and professional growth within the Navy.

Qualifications

• Experience in ASQ BB Book of Knowledge (BOK) or equivalent quality body.
• Develop, manage SPIDR system, application and data requirements.
• Gather requirements, initiate and track projects, maintain IT standards.
• Strong communication in technical and business discussions.
