Axiom Consultants, Inc. seeks a Black Belt Performance Improvement Specialist to support the Naval Supply Systems Command Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) in Falls Church, Virginia.

This role requires experience with performance improvement within the government sector, a TS/Secret clearance eligibility, and expertise in SPIDR and related training resources for Sailors. The position emphasizes shaping Sailor readiness and career progression through targeted education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Healthcare preferred.
• Minimum three years direct experience as a performance improvement analyst within a gov't sector (preferably the US Navy).
• Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance.
• Knowledge of SPIDR program (Strategic Performance Improvement Data Repository).
• Master Black Belt or Black Belt Certificate.
• Experience providing customized training resources to Sailors.

Responsibilities

• Must have experience in all elements of ASQ BB Book of Knowledge (BOK) or equivalent quality organization (i.e., NCQA).
• Develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements.
• Manage activities relating to the gathering of requirements, project initiation, project tracking and IT standards.
• Must have strong communication skills for technical and business discussions.
