Axiom Consultants, Inc. seeks a MasterBlack Belt Performance Improvement Specialist to support the Naval Supply Systems Command Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) in Falls Church, Virginia. This role focuses on performance improvement initiatives across Navy healthcare operations.

The ideal candidate has Six Sigma Master Black Belt, extensive ASQ BOK experience, and a demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, train Sailors, and ensure readiness and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience across ASQ BB BOK elements or equivalent.
• Comfort in facilitating technical and business discussions.
• Experience in training Sailors or military personnel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and document SPIDR system and data requirements.
• Gather requirements, initiate projects, track progress and maintain IT standards.
• Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Support Navy personnel training and readiness initiatives.
