Job summary

aspwebsolutions is seeking a Navy Performance Improvement Analyst for a full-time position in San Antonio, TX. Local candidates are preferred and experience with SPIDR and related data repositories is valued.

The role requires knowledge of performance improvement practices, the ability to document requirements, and strong communication across technical and business teams. A Secret clearance or eligibility is preferred for this gov’t sector role.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of three years direct experience as a performance improvement analyst within a gov't sector (preferably the US Navy).
• Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance
• Knowledge and background in SPIDR program.
• Master Black Belt or Black Belt Certificate

Responsibilities

• Must possess experience in all elements of ASQ BB Book of Knowledge (BOK) or equivalent industry recognized quality organization (i.e., NCQA and others).
• The candidate will develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements.
• The successful candidate manages activities relating to the gathering of requirements, project initiation, project tracking and maintaining IT standards.
• The selected person must have strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions.
