Serco Inc. is seeking an HR Analytics Specialist to support the Navy-focused Team Submarine program offices in the Washington, DC area.

The role blends HR data analytics with SharePoint development, data governance, and process automation to drive insights and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will extract HR data, build automated dashboards, and work with HR staffing to optimize workforce decisions while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Extract, analyze, and interpret HR data for actionable insights.
• Maintain, update, and automate HR analytics via SharePoint infrastructure.
• Develop dashboards, forms, and workflows to streamline HR data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and maintain HR SharePoint sites, libraries, lists and workflows.
• Customize SharePoint to align with governance requirements.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint dashboards, forms and automated workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues ensuring platform availability and performance.
• Collaborate with HR to translate workforce insights into recommendations.
• Travel up to 10% to support program needs.
