Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a SharePoint Systems Analyst to support the CNIC N6 program in Norfolk, VA. You will configure search services, maintain Fleet Portals, and lead web tech initiatives across DoD policies and cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities include developing security architectures, managing access, and building dashboards with Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate to automate workflows and enhance analytics for mission-critical tasks.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification required.
• High School diploma/GED with 6+ years IT/Cyber Security experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years experience OR Master’s with 2+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance search services and scopes to provide targeted information to users.
• Maintain and ensure operations of CNRMA Fleet Portal and Web systems.
• Develop security architecture and manage access for SharePoint Portals.
• Maintain and troubleshoot SharePoint issues.
• Act as technical lead for CNRMA web technologies; evaluate new products and make recommendations.
• Apply DoD web policies and Information Management policies.
• Design, develop and implement applications, reports, dashboards and workflows using PowerApps, Power BI and Power Automate.
• Provide technical support on the CNRMA Portal, US BICES Portal, and other CNRMA Web networks.
