Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking an experienced Director of Growth to lead critical shaping and long-term capture opportunities with Australia, New Zealand and across the AUKUS community. This role offers direct access to senior leadership and potential to build and lead a high-performing team in a defence context.

Responsibilities

Leadership: Serve as the Executive Director for Saronic Australia, leading growth and strategic development across Australia and the Indo-Pacific.
Strategic Growth: Shape, develop and implement a strategy to capture a Program of Record with key hires and team development.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to craft proposals and negotiate contracts.
Creative Problem-Solving: Develop innovative strategies to address unique challenges in shaping, developing and capturing programs.
Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards including ITAR, cybersecurity, and defence country requirements.
Leadership Engagement: Advise executive leadership on market entry, contracts, and proposals strategies; support travel of leaders in the region.
