Montcure, LLC is hiring a Senior Manager to lead financial data analytics and reconciliation support for a U.S. Navy/DoD financial management organization.

You will advise leadership on data-driven audit readiness, remediation of findings, and set quality standards for analysts handling data analytics and reconciliation work. You will interact with government leadership at GS-15/SES levels, directing end-to-end reconciliations, dashboards, and analytic populations while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of government/federal financial management and data analytics experience.
• Experience supporting IPA audits and audit walkthroughs.
• Ability to brief senior government leaders (GS-15/SES) on complex data issues.

Responsabilités

• Lead data analytics and reconciliation efforts for Navy DoD financial management.
• Direct end-to-end reconciliations and analytics programs.
• Develop dashboards and reports tracking reconciliation status and data quality.
• Prepare data sets for IPA audits and respond to audit requests.
• Lead root cause analysis of data discrepancies and approve corrective actions.
• Oversee data standardization across systems like Advana/Jupiter/Foundry and DDRS.
• Establish standardized templates, desk guides, and SOPs for analytics teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet government review windows and regulations.
