Job summary

Montcure, LLC is hiring a Senior Manager to lead budget formulation, execution analytics, and financial reconciliation support for a U.S. Navy/DoD financial management organization.

You will advise leadership on data-driven audit remediation strategies and set quality standards for analysts across analytics and reconciliation work. You will interact with Government leadership at GS-15/SES levels, ensuring accurate, timely deliverables within review windows, and drive data-driven improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. Upsize with 2 years relevant experience.
• 15+ years of government financial management, accounting, data analytics, or related experience.
• Experience supporting IPA audits, including data populations and audit walkthroughs.
• Ability to brief senior Government leaders (GS-15/SES) on complex budgetary and audit matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget formulation and execution data analytics for financial management leadership.
• Direct end-to-end reconciliations and budget data analytics initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reports tracking reconciliation status and data quality metrics.
• Oversee data populations and analytics for IPA audits and responses to auditor requests.
• Perform root-cause analysis of data and reconciliation issues and approve corrective actions.
• Oversee data standardization and reconciliation of results across PBIS, Navy ERP, Advana/Jupiter, and DDRS.
