StraCon Services Group, LLC seeks a Financial Manager, Journeyman to support the NAVAIR program at Patuxent River, MD. The role involves financial and accounting support across multiple departments, including budgeting and expenditures.

The candidate will apply Navy-ERP skills, develop funding plans, and produce timely financial reports for leadership, ensuring compliance with DoD rules and PPBE processes.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years Navy-ERP experience and financial management duties.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of DoD FMR, FAR, PPBE processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of financial systems, document as-is client business practices, and collaborate to propose improvements.
• Collect, compile and interpret financial information to support funding realignments/adjustments.
• Develop, update and maintain financial information within program briefings.
• Plan and manage funding allocations using the CSPT, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
• Track execution metrics and provide recommendations to meet obligation and expenditure goals.
