Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated seeks a detailed Financial Analyst to support the H-53 programs at NAS Patuxent River. You will perform quantitative financial analyses to optimize funding streams and ensure fiscal compliance for naval heavy-lift assets.

Responsibilities include budgeting, spend plans, and using Navy ERP to track and report financial data, with DoN appropriation knowledge driving regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Clearance eligibility
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution
• 3–10 years of progressive financial analysis/budget tracking experience
• Navy ERP (NERP) proficiency and DoN funding knowledge

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative financial analyses, asset structures, and funding trends for acquisition programs.
• Formulate and monitor detailed program spend plans against commitments and expenditures.
• Evaluate Navy appropriations (APN, RDT&E, O&M, N) for compliance and funding alignment.
• Use defense enterprise systems to input, extract, and reconcile financial data and generate status reports.
• Assess accounting reports for variances and assist in forecasting resource allocation.
• Build and adjust defensive program Spend Plans; leverage domain expertise in DoN processes.
