Job summary

Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager - Navy EBIZ to lead large DoD contracts, coordinating cross-functional teams and government staff. The role features a hybrid schedule in Washington, DC with in-office days and remote work, focusing on change management, training, and acquisition lifecycle support.

The ideal candidate has a decade of DoD IT/training experience, strong communication, and proven change-management leadership.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience supporting DoD information technology training or instructional design.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Sufficient knowledge and strong communication to execute and control change management and training elements.
• Documented experience leading change management initiatives and strong written/oral communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Energetic personality with initiative and flexibility.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the customer acquisition community for changes from DoD and federal regulations, including training materials.
• Engage stakeholders and manage change across the lifecycle of system capabilities deployment.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain an Organizational Change Management (OCM) plan and monitor effectiveness.
• Develop and implement organizational strategy, design, and alignment recommendations.
• Attend Government Control Boards and document impacts of changes to customers.
• Submit RFCs to ensure mission enablement and provide tools to end users.
