Job summary

T3W Business Solutions, Inc. in Norfolk, VA seeks a DTS Travel Analyst to support the CNSL travel program. You will handle travel authorizations, vouchers, and related documentation while coordinating with military and civilian personnel to ensure compliant, on-time travel arrangements.

Candidates should have hands-on DTS experience, familiarity with JTR/DoDFMR, and the ability to work independently. A Secret clearance is required for this role with strict adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience using DTS applications.
• Ability to work independently with military and civilian personnel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Understanding of DoN policies for protection of PII.
• Knowledge of JTR, DoDFMR, Navy DTS Rules and NAVSUPINST 4650.8, DoDI 5154.31.
• Knowledge in DoD JTR policies and procedures.
• Experience with processing travel docs in DTS and TOPS (DD 1610, DD 1351-2).
• DTS experience includes travel documents, NDEA functions, cancellations, FY crossover.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, analytical, training and program support to CNSL located in Norfolk VA and Mayport FL.
• Ensure travelers complete travel authorization documentation per defense travel regulations.
• Make travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and rental cars and reserve them for travelers.
• Monitor and track approved and unapproved travel to ensure mission completion.
• Ensure vouchers and sub vouchers in DTS are properly completed with supporting receipts.
• Provide SME support to Approving Officials to resolve travel issues in DTS.
• Advise travelers on accurate completion of DTS travel documents and related policies.
• Monitor and track all vouchers in DTS.
• Assist with reviewing required travel reports.
