The role focuses on processing travel authorizations and vouchers in DTS, ensuring receipts and required information comply with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).

Candidates must have a minimum of three years of DTS experience and advanced Excel skills, plus TS/SCI clearance. The position is full-time with competitive benefits and requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Three years of DTS experience to support student travel requests.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Input student travel authorization and voucher data into DTS, ensuring receipts and required information conform to the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).
• Track all vouchers, respond to inquiries regarding processing status, and maintain timely communications.
• May support the Education Support Specialist if trained and experienced.
