Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional engineering experience or equivalent
  • Master's degree with 2+ years of experience or 8+ years of demonstrated experience
  • Senior level requires 11+ years with Bachelor's or 10+ years with Master's
  • Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship
  • Knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical Design, Navigation, Guidance & Control, Telemetry and Instrumentation, Flight Software, Re-entry/Termination Systems

Responsibilities

  • Design studies and evaluations for R&D, production and operations
  • Provide technical advisory on CPS program documentation
  • Implement system requirements and perform risk assessments
  • Support design, development, and production transition
  • Prepare technical presentations, briefings, and papers
  • Collaborate with Government teams and program offices
  • Identify and mitigate risks; track cost/schedule/technical issues
  • Maintain configuration management and IA support
