Qualifications

• At least 5 years in budgeting and cost analysis with financial management responsibility.
• Knowledge of government contracting and federal contract financial requirements.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and explain financial information clearly to leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and with financial systems.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and prioritization.
• Valid state driver's license and qualification to operate government or company vehicles.
• Position requires a SECRET Security Clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen per Inactive Shipoff Instruction 5500.3B.

Responsibilities

• Budget management for Bremerton inactive ship operations.
• Ensure compliance with Navy regulations, federal contracts, and policies.
• Monitor and maintain cash flow to meet operational needs.
• Oversee financial systems and software.
• Train staff in financial processes and tools.
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs for site operations.
• Manage financial aspects of government contracts (CPFF and FFP).
• Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures.
• Promote corporate core values.
• Support strategic planning with leadership to align finance and operations.
