Job summary

Global- a 1st Flagship Company is seeking a Finance Manager in Bremerton, WA to lead budgeting, cost analysis, and government contract financial management for Navy-related operations. You will oversee financial systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive KPIs while developing staff.

The role requires solid experience with CPFF/FFP contracts, excellent Excel skills, and strong leadership to support strategic financial decisions in a federal contracting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years budgeting and cost analysis experience.
• Experience with government contracting and federal contract financials.
• Ability to prepare accurate reports and explain financial information to leadership and govt customers.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial systems; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Budget management for Bremerton inactive ship operations.
• Ensure compliance with Navy regulations and federal contracts.
• Manage cash flow to meet operational needs.
• Oversee financial systems implementation and usage.
• Train staff in financial processes and tools.
• Develop and monitor site KPIs for financial performance.
• Handle CPFF and FFP contract financial management.
• Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures.
