Akima Mission Optimization in Suffolk, VA seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead U.S. Navy UCVS and C4I programs, guiding strategy across technical, operational, contractual, and financial domains.

The role requires fifteen-plus years in DoD/Navy programs, hands-on Navy C4I, AVAYA or CISCO voice expertise, and proven leadership of large, multi-function teams. This hybrid position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities within AMO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• 15+ years supporting complex Navy/DoD programs.
• 8+ years in program management of large-scale tech projects.
• 5+ years managing Navy C4I/enterprise voice programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of program execution for Navy UCVS/C4I contracts.
• Interface with KO, COR, TPOC, NIWC leadership, and subcontractors.
• Manage program financial performance including revenue forecasting and labor planning.
• Oversee contract funding, CLINs, ACRNs, and CDRL compliance.
• Present program status, financials, and dashboards to leadership.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams and drive continuous improvement.
