Job summary

Akima is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead Navy UCVS/C4I programs, directing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful contract execution in a hybrid work setting from Suffolk, VA. The role demands deep DoD program experience and strong customer relationship management.

You will oversee financial performance, staffing, risk management, and delivery of technical solutions for Navy communications and enterprise voice infrastructure with AVAYA/CISCO expertise.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of progressive DoD/Navy program experience.
• Eight+ years of program management leading large-scale tech/engineering or comms programs.
• Five+ years of Navy C4I, telecommunications, UC, or enterprise voice program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Navy UCVS/C4I contracts including schedule, cost, and performance.
• Interface with Government agencies and subcontractors to ensure contractual compliance.
• Monitor financials, staffing, and funding while mitigating risks.
• Prepare recurring status reviews and executive dashboards for leadership.
