Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Department of Defense or Federal Program and Project Management.
• 3+ years of experience in writing RFPs, Contract modification, and CPARs.
• 2+ years of experience in financial management and PPBE.
• Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain requirements and program artifacts guiding system design and acquisition.
• Track schedules and monitor financial execution; identify risks and prepare senior Navy briefings.
• Support RFP development, reporting progress, aligning resources, and ensuring disciplined execution across the team.
