Job summary

Bristol Infrastructure Designs Services, LLC seeks a Construction Manager to support NAVFAC at MCAS Beaufort, SC. The CM will oversee construction operations, review drawings, coordinate meetings, and ensure quality control in accordance with contract requirements.

Qualified candidates typically hold an engineering/architecture/construction management degree with at least seven years of relevant experience; PE or RA is desirable.

Qualifications

• Registration as a PE or RA is highly desirable but not required.
• Minimum education and professional experience as listed in the posting.
• Degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management is required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate NAVFAC requirements to multiple levels of authority.
• Review pre-final drawings and technical RFPs for constructability.
• Participate in pre-award meetings and constructability reviews.
• Coordinate post-award meetings and turnover activities.
• Review submittals and coordinate approvals of technical data and drawings.
• Visit sites to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
