Job summary

Serco is seeking a Navy Acquisition Specialist to join Team Submarine at Washington, DC or Bangor, WA. You will provide cradle-to-grave contract management, monitor performance, and support the contract closeout process while engaging with government leads and ensuring security requirements are current.

The role also covers PPBE/financial management, aligning program requirements with budgets, and preparing senior leadership briefings. A DoW Secret clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering or related field; or an Associate’s degree with 10+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Contract management: cradle-to-grave support, monitor performance, review invoices, assist in modifications and closeout.
• PPBE & financial management: track program funds, provide detailed financial analysis to stakeholders.
• Program support: prepare high-level briefings/white papers, capture minutes and distribute actions.
