CACI International Inc. is seeking an Acquisition Specialist - Navy to provide critical support to the COR on major NAVSEA programs. The role oversees shipbuilding and construction contracts, ensuring compliance with DoD regulations and effective contract execution.

The successful candidate will manage contract actions, performance monitoring, and CPARS processes, collaborating with internal teams, SUPSHIP, and prime contractors to drive actions to closure and maintain audit readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Active security clearance required (Secret).
• BS/BA or equivalent coursework with seven years of related experience.
• Experience in naval shipbuilding, preferably within Naval Sea Systems Command.
• Experience supporting COR and acquisition management.
• Experience tracking financial ceilings, managing funding modifications, reviewing invoices, and leading de-obligation efforts.

Aufgaben

• Monitors and tracks multi-million dollar contract financial ceiling and draft contract modifications.
• Authors and prepares acquisition artifacts, including RFPs, PRs, and technical documentation to support new contract awards and modifications.
• Provides critical support for long-standing contract actions, including negotiations, waiver requests, and definitizations; leads cross-functional meetings with internal teams, SUPSHIP, and prime contractors to ensure alignment and drive actions to closure.
• Maintains the official COR files and prepares all necessary documentation to ensure a 100% compliant pass of rigorous SEA02 audits.
• Oversees contractor performance through the annual CPARS process and tracks the execution of contractor improvement plans.
