Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Senior Navy Acquisition Contracts Support to provide high‑level contracting support to the DPAE Carriers organization in Washington, DC. The role covers contract development, execution, and programmatic support for aircraft carrier procurement, including SOW and CDRL creation and requirements coordination.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of Navy acquisition experience, FAR/DFAR proficiency, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop statements of work (SOW) for Navy contracts.
• Develop Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).
• Prepare Technical Advisory Reports (TAR) and LOE estimates.
• Create contracting schedules and DD 254 classifications.
• Familiarity with the ASSIST/ASSIST Database system.
• Support contract execution with technical instruction planning and budgeting.
• Track CDRLs and manage contract documentation.
• Develop program schedules, manage gate reviews, and PB cycles.

The Opportunity

Provide Senior Navy Acquisition Contracting Support to the DPAE Carriers organization. Work includes Contract Development, Execution, and Programmatic support for Aircraft Carrier acquisition. Support includes developing statements of work, drafting solicitations, coordinating requirements and identifying CDRLs. Experience with shipbuilding is a plus.
