Venture Dynamics is actively seeking Pipe Welders in Seattle for NAVSEA welding projects in shipyards. The role requires passing CuNi-IR and Copper Nickel tests, plus Marine OSHA 10 training and U.S. citizenship with proper documentation.

This long-term, full-time position offers 40–60 hours weekly with day, swing, and longer shifts. Ideal candidates bring shipyard welding experience, ability to read weld symbols and blueprints, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Marine OSHA 10 training is mandatory.
• U.S. citizenship with proof (Enhanced Driver License/ID or Real ID + Birth Certificate or U.S. Passport).
• NAVSEA pipe welding certification tests required.
• Experience in shipyard environments is required.
• Ability to pass CuNi-IR and Copper Nickel tests.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures in shipyard environments.
• Read weld symbols, blueprints, schematics, and job specs.
• Ensure welding tasks meet quality control standards and inspections.
• Collaborate with team to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Inspect completed welds for structural integrity and safety compliance.
