This long-term, full-time position offers 40–60 hours weekly with day, swing, and longer shifts. Ideal candidates bring shipyard welding experience, ability to read weld symbols and blueprints, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Marine OSHA 10 training is mandatory.
• U.S. citizenship with proof (Enhanced Driver License/ID or Real ID + Birth Certificate or U.S. Passport).
• NAVSEA pipe welding certification tests required.
• Experience in shipyard environments is required.
• Ability to pass CuNi-IR and Copper Nickel tests.

Responsibilities

Venture Dynamics is actively seeking Pipe Welders for the Seattle WA, Vigor Shipyard.

PAY IS $33.00/HR, and $150 PER DIEM PER DAYS WORKED, FORQUALIFIED TRAVELERS.

Ideal candidates will be able to pass the following test:CuNi-IR test. Copper Nickel test.

Contract Duration: Starts ASAP, Long Term

DAY AND SWING SHIFTS AVAILABLE.

Position Overview:

This role requires a proactive and detail-orientedprofessional to engage in Pipe Welding tasks, ensuring excellence in everyaspect of the job.

Key Requirements:

Completion of Marine OSHA 10 training is mandatory.

Citizenship- U.S Citizen with proof (Enhanced DriverLicense/ID or Real ID along with Birth Certificate or U.S Passport).

Certifications- Maritime OSHA 10 certification.

Experience- Previous shipyard experience required.

Working Hours- 40-60 hours per week.

Scheduling:

Diverse shifts including 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hourshifts.

Monday through Friday with overtime, and weekends asrequested by client.

Experience in Pipe Welding on Navy Vessels is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components inshipyard environments.
• Read and interpret weld symbols, blueprints, schematics,and job specifications.
• Ensure all welding tasks meet or exceed quality controlstandards and are ready for inspection.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensureproject specifications and deadlines are met.
• Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensurestructural integrity and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass NAVSEA Pipe Welding certification tests.
• Strong ability to work from blueprints, schematics, andspecifications.
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in shipyardenvironments.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Familiarity with welding inspection and quality assuranceis beneficial.
