Venture Dynamics is seeking experienced Pipe Fitters to join our team at the Seattle shipyard. You will perform pipe fitting and welding tasks, ensuring NAVSEA-compliant workmanship and safe hot-work practices in a marine setting.

The role requires 40-60 hours per week, with diverse shifts and potential overtime. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with OSHA 10 certification and shipyard experience.

Qualifications

• US citizen with proof (birth certificate, Real ID, or passport).
• Maritime OSHA 10 certification required.
• Previous shipyard experience required.
• 40-60 hours per week.
• Experience with NAVSEA standards and blueprints/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Torch cut, clean, and true pipes per NAVSEA standards.
• Assess job sites for safety during hot work.
• Work from blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Perform basic pipe fitting.
• Experience with x-ray testing of welds for structural integrity.
