Job summary
Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a Software Test Automation Engineer to enhance automation for Navy aircraft systems at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in MD. You will develop automated tests, configure testing environments, and collaborate with engineers to improve software quality.
Qualified candidates have 3+ years in Java with Maven, experience with Robot Framework or Selenium, and a DoD Secret Clearance or eligibility.
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Information Management, Electrical Engineering or Mathematics.
- 3+ years of software experience with Java and Maven.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Robot Framework, Selenium).
- Active DoD Secret Clearance or eligible; US Citizenship required.
- Proficient with Red Hat and Git; familiarity with Jira/Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and apply automated testing solutions for data acquisition and management problems.
- Prepare, conduct, and automate API tests.
- Improve and maintain automation testing environments.
- Create documentation and report bugs.
- Collaborate with software engineers on design approaches and modifications.
- Suggest and implement ideas to improve automation infrastructure.
- Participate in full software development lifecycle activities.
