Job summary

Serco seeks a Post-Delivery (PD) Technical Project Leader to guide HM&E and C5ISR SME teams in evaluating and delivering new amphibious ships and related assets for the U.S. Navy.

You will manage shipboard alterations, coordinate with government and shipyards, and ensure performance, schedule, and cost objectives. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a bachelor’s degree with several years of naval acquisition experience.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree plus several years of naval acquisition experience.
• Experience managing shipboard alterations and installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PD support team and assist the Government PD PAPM.
• Manage projects and task orders with high technical complexity.
• Ensure successful execution of shipboard alterations by AITs and other teams.
• Plan, schedule, and manage alterations across PD periods and various availability windows.
• Coordinate with NAVSEA OSICs and planning yard for changes and testing.
