Job summary

Serco Inc. in the United States seeks a Post-Delivery Technical Project Leader to lead HM&E and C5ISR SMEs in evaluating and delivering new amphibious ships and related alterations while sustaining existing fleet assets.

You will coordinate with government, shipyards, and industry partners, plan PD events, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to TS9090-310 specifications and MOAs, while developing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience, incl. 2 years supervisory.
• Knowledge of TS9090-310 alterations to ships and related MOAs.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and budget management skills.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 25%).

Responsibilities

• Lead the PD support team and coordinate with the Government PAPM.
• Manage projects and task orders with advanced technical expertise.
• Ensure successful execution of shipboard Alterations/Ship Changes by AIT.
• Plan PD periods, IPDA, PDA, FOA, PSA and scheduling windows.
• Provide technical and programmatic support; review ILS and drawings.
• Interface with NAVSEA, NIWC, NAVAIR OSICs and shipyards.
