Job summary

Serco is seeking a Post-Delivery Technical Project Leader to head HM&E and C5ISR SME teams delivering amphibious ships, support, and fleet modernization. You will coordinate with government and shipyards to ensure on-schedule, cost-efficient alterations and ship changes while maintaining performance standards.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and a bachelor’s degree with eight years of related experience including supervision, plus deep knowledge of naval

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain/maintain/transfer a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities with Navy/Coast Guard programs.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and budgetary management experience for large defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PD support team and assist the Government PD Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM).
• Manage project(s) and related task orders with high technical complexity.
• Ensure successful execution of shipboard Alterations/Ship Changes by Alteration and Installation Teams.
• Plan, schedule, and manage alterations during PD periods (IPDA, PDA, FOA, PSA) and coordinate CSLO/SOVT.
• Oversee budgets across multiple programs and drive cost management.
• Provide technical and programmatic support, reviews, and recommendations for HM&E and C5ISR systems.
• Lead and mentor teams across multiple programs and locations.
