Job summary

Serco is seeking a Post-Delivery Technical Project Leader to guide HM&E and C5ISR teams in evaluating and delivering amphibious ships and related assets for the U.S. Navy.

You will coordinate with government and shipyards, manage alterations, and ensure adherence to technical specifications while controlling costs. The role requires DoD security clearance eligibility, US citizenship, a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant naval experience, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain one.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant Navy/Coast Guard ship construction/maintenance experience, including 2 years supervisory.
• Detailed knowledge of TS9090-310(series) technical specification and related processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead PD support team and assist Government PAPM.
• Manage projects and task orders requiring high technical expertise.
• Ensure successful execution of shipboard Alterations and Ship Changes by AIT or equivalent teams.
• Plan, schedule, and manage alterations during post-delivery periods across multiple programs.
• Provide technical and programmatic support, reviews, and recommendations for HM&E and C5ISR systems.
