Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Navy Ship Maintenance Scheduler in Norfolk, VA. The role integrates Alteration Installation Team, Ships Force, and Fleet Technical Assistance into the Lead Maintenance Activity and manages the IPS using MS Project and Primavera.

You will analyze data from naval management systems, assess schedule risk, and help ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with the Project Manager and Chief Test Engineer, resolving schedule issues, and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business or public administration or PMI certification.
• 5+ years’ experience in engineering/science management or Navy programs.
• Ability to balance multiple projects.
• Familiarity with naval maintenance, ship repair scheduling, and test procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate AIT, SF, FTA into the Lead Maintenance Activity.
• Use IPS with Microsoft Project and Primavera.
• Analyze data from MIS for reports and cost controls.
• Develop and analyze risk to on-time delivery for IPS.
• Validate sequences and ensure test procedures link to key events.
• Coordinate schedule changes with PM and CTE to avoid delays.
• Provide recommendations to Project Teams and LMA for IPS production.
• Attend WPIC/WPER meetings and resolve integration issues.
