Job summary

Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Navy Ship Maintenance Scheduler in Norfolk, VA. The role focuses on integrating work across AIT, SF, and FTA to optimize the Integrated Production Schedule (IPS) and related testing activities.

The successful candidate will leverage MS Project and Primavera, analyze data from multiple systems, and assess risks to ensure on-time delivery of naval maintenance projects. Strong communication and naval-domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, Business or Public Administration or equivalent certification (e.g., PMI-Schedule Analyst, PMP)
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in engineering/science management, operations analysis or financial/cost analysis; and/or experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations
• Demonstrate the proficiency and organizational skills necessary to balance a variety of projects
• Familiarity with naval maintenance philosophy and policy, knowledge of ship repair scheduling processes and procedures, ability to evaluate schedules and assess risk
• Practical knowledge in naval architecture, marine/mechanical/electrical/electronic systems and ordnance, and shipboard safety for IPS and restoration plans
• Knowledge of ship repair, overhaul and method engineering; ability to recognize IPS problems and propose actions to PM/CTE
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels, including Project Teams and MARMC Senior Leaders

Responsibilities

• Integrate all work into the Lead Maintenance Activity (LMA) and schedule coordination across teams
• Coordinate IPS production schedule using MS Project and Primavera
• Analyze data from multiple management systems to support cost controls and manpower forecasting
• Develop and analyze risk to on-time delivery for IPS and associated tests
• Validate sequences and ensure test procedures align with key events and milestones
• Assist in restructuring test program schedules to meet new objectives
• Provide recommendations to Project Teams and LMA for IPS production and risk mitigation
• Serve as SME for IPS risk reporting and schedule optimization
