Qualifications

• Proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint, and Power BI expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support; collect data from systems and generate historical or predictive analyses.
• Support maintenance planning and execution with trend analyses and resource allocation insights.
• Assist PMO with maintenance and repair trend analyses and predictive capability usage.
• Develop cost estimates and forecasts with detailed justifications.
• Prepare and revise correspondence and naval messages per DON format.
• Support staff by applying business practices and analyzing processes to propose improvements.
• Review work specifications and planning reports, and evaluate inputs from industrial contractors.
• Support position and organizational reviews and provide recommendations to government supervisors.
• Communicate information effectively to gather data, present recommendations, and coordinate services.
