Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering for defense programs.
• Experience with requirements development, specification management, systems integration and design verification.
• Experience with radar systems, Navy combat systems, or similar defense platforms is preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain system requirements, interfaces, and engineering baselines with traceability.
• Familiarity with modeling, simulations, and performance analysis to support decisions.
• Ability to coordinate system testing and analyze test results with lab tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
• Support architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze performance using MATLAB and lab equipment.
