Travel to Moorestown, NJ and Wallops Island, VA is expected a few times a year. An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required, and U.S. Citizenship is necessary.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience with requirements development, specification management, integration, and verification.
• Ability to develop and maintain system requirements and interfaces with traceability.
• Experience with radar systems, sensor technologies, or Navy combat systems preferred.
• Experience using models and simulations to assess performance and inform decisions.
• Experience planning/coordinating system testing and analyzing performance data.
• Familiarity with MBSE tools and methodologies for system design and integration.
• Ability to work with government engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and laboratory tools.
