Job summary

SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks a Project Management Analyst to support NAVSEA 08, coordinating operational aspects of submarine and shipyard projects. You will monitor project budgets, review cost performance, and prepare data for contract changes while interfacing with shipyards and government counterparts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in technical evaluation, estimation, and cost validation of shipyard construction and maintenance for submarines or aircraft carriers.
• 5+ years’ experience in nuclear and non-nuclear system maintenance planning/execution for submarines or aircraft carriers during overhaul, refueling, and servicing.
• 5+ years’ experience with NAVSEA 08, NAVSEA 04, Supervisor of Shipbuilding and shipyards governing NR work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Conduct contract reviews for quality program requirements and contractor procedures.
• Attend meetings and prepare cost performance analyses for NAVSEA 08.
• Provide deck plate support for NNPP waterfront acquisition issues.
• Assemble cost report data and develop independent analyses of cost expenditures.
