Job summary

SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support NAVSEA 08 by coordinating project operations, monitoring shipyard activities, and interfacing with the program management team.

You will oversee procurement processes, prepare cost performance reports, and assist in contract changes to ensure timely NR actions. The role requires strong cost analysis, scheduling, and communication skills, with a background in nuclear/offshore/naval project environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical evaluation, estimation and cost validation for naval projects.
• Experience with contract performance management and cost/price analysis.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and NAVSEA processes.

Responsibilities

• Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Provide cost performance analyses and recommendations for NR actions.
• Prepare contract change documents and attend contract change meetings.
