Job summary

SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks a Project Management Analyst to support NAVSEA 08, coordinating operations, budgets, and labor resources for submarine and shipyard programs.

You will liaise between project management, planning, and line management, reporting progress and managing supplier and contract changes. The role involves on-site oversight of shipyard procurement, cost reporting, and ensuring compliance with NR and NAVSEA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with cost data sheets and cost reporting.
• Knowledge of Nuclear/shipyard maintenance planning concepts.
• Familiarity with EVM, cost control, and contract performance management.
• Ability to analyze contractor data and prepare cost performance reports.
• Experience coordinating with NAVSEA/NAVSEA 08 and shipyards.

Responsibilities

• Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare reports.
• Assess issues and develop resolutions for productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct contract reviews for quality program requirements and compliance.
• Attend meetings and prepare cost performance analyses for NAVSEA 08.
• Provide analyses to support NR positions on cost issues and changes.
• Assemble cost data from contractor and government sources for independent analyses.
• Track material ordering and procurement performance with shipyards.
• Liaise with SUPSHIP to ensure NAVSEA 08 guidance compliance.
