Qualifications

• 5+ years in cost estimation for submarines or aircraft carrier shipyards.
• Experience with NAVSEA 08/NAVSEA regulations and NR work.
• Strong background in contract performance management and EVM.

Responsibilities

• Review project status and budgets; maintain schedules and status reports.
• Identify issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Conduct contract reviews for quality, practicality, and compliance.
• Prepare cost performance analyses and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with SUPSHIP and shipyards to ensure NAVSEA guidance adherence.
• Prepare and staff letters for NOCs and FMRs; support NR actions.
