You will lead overall program definition, direction, and long-range planning, guiding technical approaches and negotiating with stakeholders to secure resources for critical Navy submarine initiatives. The role requires 5+ years in Navy Program Management, 2+ years in Navy Engineering Support, and familiarity with BYG-1.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years Navy Program Management experience.
• 2+ years Navy Engineering Support experience.
• Experience or familiarity with BYG-1 submarine system.
• Ability to analyze and process engineering program documentation.
• Ability to assess and update spend plans.
• Ability to develop/document/implement new processes.
• Ability to analyze program risks and develop risk assessments.
• Must be proactive, work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Willingness to travel to support client DoD clearance.
