Job summary

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to support NAVSEA, in a hybrid role reporting onsite in Washington, DC three days per week.

The ideal candidate will lead the program definition, scheduling, budgeting, and technical direction for submarine-related initiatives. Requirements include 5+ years Navy Program Management, 2+ years Navy Engineering Support, BYG-1 familiarity, risk assessment capabilities, and active DoD Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Navy programs and engineering support.
• Ability to analyze and document engineering program plans.
• Experience with budget/spend planning and cost control.
• Familiarity with Navy combat systems and related hardware processes.
• Willingness to travel to support client requirements.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall program definition, organization, and long-range plans, guiding technical approach.
• Coordinate with activity and agency personnel to acquire necessary resources.
• Establish and control technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs.
